UX Redesign - Risk Manager module
Project overview: Using Design Thinking to redesign the Risk Manager module within the Governance suite.
The Problem: The existing module was complex, inconsistent, and difficult for users to navigate, leading to errors and slow task completion. Accessibility had not been assessed and was already failing for 400% zoom.

Key Decisions
To reduce cognitive load, we simplified the form hierarchy and implemented clearer validation states. The risk scoring layout was completely overhauled for better scannability, ensuring critical data points are immediate.
